Life Scenario for schools, counsellors and learning centres
For school counsellors, SENCos, enrichment and learning centres, and private practices working with children aged 6 to 14. A child hears a real-life situation, answers it out loud, and gets short, gentle feedback. You get the child’s answer, the feedback and a few prompts for the conversation that follows.

What it is
- Short scenarios set at home, at school and online, told by Orian the wizard. The child thinks, then answers out loud (or types).
- An AI language model reads the answer and gives feedback on the few social and emotional traits that scenario practises: a score per trait, a short explanation, an encouraging note and ideas to try next time.
- Each trait has a practice level that rises as a child plays more scenarios for it. It counts practice, not development.
- Educator accounts can hold several student profiles, and you see each student’s practice levels and session feedback in one dashboard.
- Answers pass through child-safety filters before any feedback is given.
What it is not
- Not an assessment or a diagnostic tool. Scores are practice feedback on one answer. Do not use them to screen, diagnose, grade or place a child.
- Not therapy. It is an educational game for reflection and practice, not a clinical service.
- Not a chatbot. There is no open-ended conversation with the AI; the child answers a set scenario.
- Not a replacement for you. The feedback is a starting point for a conversation with an adult who knows the child.

Questions from schools
Is Life Scenario an assessment or a diagnostic tool?
No. It is a practice tool with conversation prompts. The 0–100 trait scores come from an AI language model reading one answer to one scenario; they are practice feedback, not a measurement of a child's development, and they should not be used to screen, diagnose, grade or place a child. Our terms say the same: scores are guidance, not exact measures, and not professional or medical advice.
What happens if a child discloses harm?
If an answer is classified as a disclosure of harm, it is not scored. The child sees a calm screen that thanks them, asks them to tell a grown-up they trust, such as a teacher or school counsellor, and lists free children's helplines for their country. The child's words are not shown in results or progress views; the answer appears as “set aside for safety review”. A record that this happened is kept for safety review, holding the category but not the child's words. We do not email the parent about a disclosure, because the parent may be the person causing harm. Life Scenario is not a reporting channel: your own safeguarding policy and designated safeguarding lead still apply.
What data do you keep about students?
A first name or nickname, age and avatar for each child profile, plus the written transcript of each answer and its feedback and scores. Voice recordings are converted to text for feedback and then deleted, not stored. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted to authorised personnel, and we never sell, rent or trade personal data or share children's data with advertisers. Where is data stored, and can we have it deleted?
Life Scenario is run from Singapore and may use servers in other countries, through cloud-hosting and AI-processing providers bound by confidentiality and security agreements. Gameplay data is kept while the account is active, and inactive accounts may be deleted after 24 months without use. You can ask for a child's data to be deleted at any time by writing to privacy@lifescenario.ai.
How do we pay?
By card through Stripe, or by invoice. Credit packs are a one-off purchase, not a subscription. For a non-Singapore school: Life Scenario Pte. Ltd. is registered in Singapore, so for US paperwork we supply a W-8BEN-E, not a W-9.
Can we try it before paying?
Yes. Every new account gets 5 free scenarios (25 credits) with no card needed. For a group pilot, email us and we will set it up with you.
Is it therapy?
No. It is an educational game for reflection and skill practice, not a therapeutic or clinical service. There is no open-ended chat with the AI: the child answers a set scenario and gets feedback on that answer.
