Scenario (“we,” “our,” “us”) is owned and operated by Life Scenario Pte Ltd, a company based in Singapore. We are committed to protecting your and your child’s privacy and ensuring safe, responsible use of our platform.

Scenario is a learning and play environment that helps children (ages 6–14) practise social and emotional skills through short, gamified life scenarios.

We do not use personal data for targeted advertising or behavioural marketing.

• Voice recordings are anonymised and deleted once processed for gameplay feedback
• Access to user data is restricted to authorised personnel only

• Gameplay data is stored only while the account remains active
• Parents may request deletion of their child’s data at any time
• Inactive accounts may be deleted after 24 months of non-use

• With legal authorities, if required by law to protect safety or comply with regulations

We never share children’s data with advertisers, analytics networks, or social-media platforms.

9. Subscriptions & Payments

Payments for Scenario subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI DSS-compliant global payment platform.

We do not collect or store credit-card details. Stripe may collect limited billing information (name, email, and payment method) solely for payment completion and fraud prevention.

Subscriptions renew automatically based on the selected billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on Scenario — including scenarios, artwork, avatars, characters, rewards, and software — is owned by Life Scenario Pte Ltd and protected under copyright and intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without written permission.

11. Educator & Institutional Use

Scenario offers an Educator Model for classroom or therapeutic group use.

Educator Licences

Schools, teachers, and licensed child psychologists must hold a valid Educator Licence to use Scenario in any group, institutional, or commercial setting.

Licence holders may:

• Use Scenario in classrooms or structured group sessions
• Create and manage multiple student profiles
• Access the Educator Dashboard for class analytics and reporting

Licence holders may not:

• Share or distribute content outside the licensed environment
• Resell, sublicense, or adapt Scenario materials without permission

12. Gameplay Rules

• Scenario presents short, daily scenarios for reflection and practice.
• Scoring and feedback are intended for learning and personal growth, not competition.
• AI scoring is generally accurate but may occasionally vary. Scores should be interpreted as guidance, not exact measures.
• Any misuse (cheating, harmful responses, or inappropriate content) may result in suspension or termination of an account.

13. Safety & Liability

Scenario is designed to be a safe, positive environment for children to practise emotional and social skills. However, Scenario is provided “as is”, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We are not responsible for:

• Internet or connectivity issues
• Device malfunctions or incompatibility
• Misuse of the platform or unsupervised access

Parents remain responsible for supervising their child’s participation and account activity.

14. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at privacy@lifescenario.ai. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or misuse the platform.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy & Terms of Use periodically.
Parents will be notified of material changes via email or an in-platform message.
The Effective Date above indicates the latest version.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Privacy Policy are governed by the laws of Singapore.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively under Singapore jurisdiction.
